Head of Policy and Process Management recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking and financial professional to join a leading bank as a Head of Policy and Process Management. The successful candidate will have significant change management experience together with an excellent understanding of process management mapping and optimisation via re-engineering projects.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying and developing the strategic framework for which the policy and procedure team operates.
- Working with the legal department and compliance to ensure that all bank policies and procedures are in line with existing legal and regulatory requirements.
- Leading the policy and process management team to ensure that all policies and procedures support new, amended products, services and other operational policies and procedures.
- Delivering all work to an established SLA or performance framework.
- Leading the team through chance process from a reactive unit to a proactive leading edge function that exceeds expectations.
The successful candidate will be Degree educated in a management, banking or finance relevant subject as well as significant experience in change management. You will have excellent understanding of Process Management together with ‘Lean Six Sigma’ and preferably more than ten years business exposure including business analysis, process mapping and project management.
