Head of Private Equity Real Estate- China recruitment
As Head of Private Equity, you will be responsible for origination, capital raising and execution for real estate investments in China. As head of private equity, you will report to the CEO and be expected to develop a real estate platform in China.
You will also be expected to develop relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds, Financial Institutions, Pension Funds and Family offices in the Greater China region.
Experience Required:
-10-15 years of relevant real estate experience in Asia, China preferable
-Proven track record in origination and execution of real estate investment deals
-Strong financial skills and analytical judgment and ability to lead due diligence process and valuations
- Mandarin Language skills would be advantageous.
