Head of Private Equity recruitment
The successful candidate will:
- Develop, manage and execute a investment strategy focussed on quality investments across a range of sector and of varying sizes.
-Manage an existing portfolio of over 30 investments
- Build and manage important business relationships with investment partners, fund managers and a third party suppliers.
- Take a lead role on all deal structuring and due diligence activities.
-Assume a board seat with selected portfolio companies.
- Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports to top management on the performance of the company's investments as well as the provision of input towards strategic and operational development within the division.
The successful candidate will possess tier 1 academics (ideally with a post graduate qualification) and will be an experienced Private Equity executive currently performing a similar role within a recognised regional or international PE house/firm/group. A track record of successful portfolio management and deal making is also a pre-requisite.
