Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for daily quoting, negotiation as well as sales and transaction in the inter-bank or exchange bond market.
2. Organize sales of fixed-yield securities based on the overall development strategy.
3. To be responsible for development and operation of bond market product and money market product.
4. To be responsible for hire of work, due diligence, planning, project implementation and daily management
5. To be responsible for institutional client expansion and maintenance of client relationship.
Qualifications Requirements
1. Master degree or above of 211 colleges.
2. Solid knowledge of the rules, pricing, principles and procedures in inter-bank trading.
3. Minimum 3 years working experience in marketing research related to financial institutions; over 1 year experience in development of the fixed-yield product and in independent operational bond investment or inter-bank bill investment.
4. With Inter-bank bond trader qualification, quoting as well as negotiation experience in inter-bank bond front trade.
5. Strong writing skills and good ability of official documents writing, excellent communication and coordination skills as well as research and analysis capability.
