Head of Product and Implementation – Cash Management recruitment
This role's main job duties would cover 2 major areas: Product Development - you will lead the development and commercialization of new products and services in line with the market and corporate needs. You will have to keep in pace with your competition, corporate needs, regulatory changes and technological development for development of new products/services. You will manage the satisfactory delivery of these new products/services and you will monitor and control the performance of these products/services. Implementation - as you are not only the head of product but also head of implementation you will need to discuss and agree with clients on the implementation approach, the deliverables and timeline. You will monitor and conduct regular review with clients/partners to ensure implementation stays on time and in expectation of client's needs and its important to provide an escalation channel for the resolution of any issues encountered. It is a very exciting role where you will be responsible for 2 of the more important functions of a Cash Management business. You will manage a small team and grow this team as business develops.
The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of relevant working experience in the field of Cash Management (Product development and Implementation) and you will have relevant team leader/management experience. It is key for this role for the candidate to have strong knowledge of payment, collection and liquidity solutions. In terms of communication, the successful applicant will have the ability to communicate at all levels in an organization and this role does require fluency in English and Mandarin as you will have to deal with international and local parties.
