Head of Product Control – HK recruitment
As a result they are looking for an experienced Product Control head to support their Asian trading desks, based out of HK. This is a newly created role and will cover a broad spectrum of activities including PL product and reporting , PL attribution and price verification , new deal review and substantiation as well as ad-hoc projects. This role will be the most senior PC role in the region, with a reporting line back into the Regional Headquarter ( Sydney )– and you will manage a small team of 3-4 people.
To qualify for these positions you will require :
- 10+ years experience in Finance / Product Control in Investment Banking
- Exposure to Equities of Fixed Income
- A mix of process driven and analytical capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to drive and influence change
