Junior Associate – Legal Practice recruitment

The suitable candidate will aid the partner in all aspects of delivering on mandates secured by the practice. You will be expected to take responsibility for the management of the Partners diary, conduct “desktop” research in order to create long lists of target individuals to approach. Training and development will be provided to enable you to conduct initial approach calls when acting upon mandates.

It will be expected that you will have a level of understanding of the mechanics of the recruitment process, but by no means are you required to be an experienced recruiter. You will be degree educated and have client facing capability, as you will attend client meetings with the Partner individual.
