Head of Quality Assurance-(ISO/IEC 27002, COBIT, CMMI, ITIL, TOGAF, PMBOK, Prince 2, London)
A leading global brokerage firm urgently requires a Head of Quality Assurance to join their London team immediately. The successful Head of Quality Assurance will be required to validate the Technology and Infrastructure division's policies, procedures and supporting processes are properly defined, maintained and followed.
The Head of Quality Assurance (ISO/IEC 27002, COBIT, CMMI, ITIL, TOGAF, PMBOK, Prince 2, London) will be responsible for:
- In conjunction with the senior management group defining the policies and standards for the division.
- Where necessary provide assistance to Managers and individuals in formulating their procedures and processes in support of the division's policies and standards e.g. training, templates etc.
- Develop a schedule of audits designed to ensure that policies, procedures and supporting processes are in place and being followed.
- Interface with the organisation's internal and external auditors, following up and coordinating any responses to auditor comments.
- Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor the Security and Vendor Management team members

In order to be eligible for the role, the following is absolutely essential:
- Experience with a variety of quality initiatives and structured management techniques. E.g.ISO/IEC 27002, COBIT, CMMI, ITIL, TOGAF, PMBOK, Prince 2
- Experience with major business initiatives to implement or improve quality processes.
- Action oriented management style willing to do as well as manage
- Analytical skills and ability to grasp complex trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in all mediums and with all levels, including experience documenting processes and preparing executive-level presentations.
- Ability to drive necessary change in the face of adversity
- The candidate will preferably have a degree, ideally with an IT background.
- Software development and acquisition, IT service management with CMMI/ITIL.
- Preferably with a certification/qualification in one of the auditing disciplines e.g. ISACA. COBIT
