Head of RBS Sales and Service Evolution
Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. We offer market-leading products and services, supported by some of the best systems and processes.
Aligned with the Group's productivity focus, RBS has created the position of Head of RBSSales ServiceEvolution to help us evolve RBS sales and service for future success. You will be tasked with defining the next phase of this journey (sales and service 2.0) and embedding it across RBS.
- More specifically, you will take accountability for the RBS-wide coordination of this transformation program through:
- Ensuring engagement and alignment of senior stakeholders
- Overseeing overall program delivery, resourcing, tracking and reporting and ensuring transparency of performance
- Attending PSGs for all work streams and providing a program-wide perspective
- Identifying and communicating gaps and dependencies in scope, planning and decisions
- Identifying and resolving cross-stream and cross-program issues
- Regularly providing progress updates to the RLT
What will help you succeed?
You are a Top Tier Management Consultant or high-performing Senior Manager who is passionate about Sales, Service and Productivity.You can demonstrate:
- The ability to work effectively at multiple levels of the organisation and under pressure
- The ability to create organisation alignment through using strong influencing and collaboration skills
- The capacity to think laterally, logically and strategically
- Strong organisational skills, ideally including project/program management experience (structure, process, rigour)
- Resilience, flexibility and the ability to cope and work with ambiguity and constant change
- Frontline experience and/or a good understanding of RBS distribution channels
