The successful candidate will have:

- A 2.1 degree or higher from a top university/ business school
- Extensive research and origination experience, ideally from a top research consultancy.
- Analytical capabilities and a high level of numeracy
- Extensive knowledge of the retail banking sector
- Excellent leadership skills
- Top level stakeholder management expertise and extensive C-Level interaction
- Impeccable writing and reporting skills
- The skills required to oversee large teams and maintain a high level of output
