Head of Risk Analytics Technology recruitment
A high visible and key role has come up for an experienced Front Office Development Manager within a successful global investment bank.
This is a varied role which will involve:
- Line Management of multi skilled technical staff / developers
- Leading and mentoring technologists to achieve robust and agreed solutions
- Working with business driven initiatives and strategic solutions
- Building close working relationships with front office trading and quant teams
- Being the lynch pin to wider IT technical teams and interfacing with PL and Risk
- High level architecture design including parallel computing
- Project delivery
To be considered for this Director level position, you will require :
Derivatives Risk and Analytics for Flow and Exotics, Equity Derivatives
An understanding of financial modelling
Strong Software Development experience
End to end project management
Strong team management experience with a shirt sleeve approach
