Head of Risk Eastern Flanders recruitment
My client is located in the Eastern Flanders of Belgium. They are looking for a head of Risk department specializing in the monitoring of the credit risks:
- You are responsible for a department of 4 people. This service is responsible for monitoring the operational, credit and market risk of the bank.
- Within this department, you will concentrate on credit analysis:
- You will analyze and monitor the credit files
- You assess the credit worthiness of credit files and you formulate proposals to mitigate risks
- You are responsible for the flow of the internal information
- You will prepare the written and oral reports
- You are a member of the audit, compliance and risk committee.
Your profile and competences
- You have a thorough knowledge of the banking system in general and the credit analysis in particular
- You have extensive experience in credit analysis
- You know the regulation of Basel II, both Pillar 1 and Pillar 2
- You speak fluent French and Dutch
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and other common office productivity tools
- You have a strong analytical mind
- You are risk-minded
