Head of Risk recruitment
Our client, a foreign banking organisation based in London currently experiencing solid growth rates, are looking to appoint an interim Head of Risk. Running the Risk Team, with regular liasion with senior managers in the business and to an extent the FSA, applicants must have experience in a senior capacity within the risk sector. Specific experience to credit and market risk within the retail and commercial banking sector is required - experience of operational risk is beneficial but not essential.
Individuals must be accomplished stakeholder managers, and will ideally have worked in a global organisation in the past. A natural confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders is an absolute requirement. Leadership experience is essential - this role will have upwards of 5 direct reports initially. For the right candidate, a permanent opportunity may well be available at the end of the assignment.
