Head of Sales and Distribution Consumer Banking Group China recruitment

Working Location: Shanghai China

Major Responsibilities
1. Manage China sales channels and ensure that branches within the responsible district to achieve the sales target
2. Provide direction and guidance to sales channels in order to achieve company vision and business goals.
3. Craft overall business strategy and develop sales plans by prioritizing segments, products and channels to achieve sustainable business results within the district
4. Increase sales capacity of distribution channels through continuous improvement in staff productivity, branch process re-engineering and centralization.
5. Lead, motivate and manage sales team to meet assigned targets and to ensure adherence to the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements.
6. Lead district managers to identify and visit target clients to promote personal financial services products and services
7. Manage the cost efficiency of branch network through continuous network re-configuration to reflect the best business preposition.

Major Requirements:
1. Degree holder preferably with relevant customer banking business courses
2. Minimum of 15 years of consumer or commercial banking experience; marketing and sales experience is a plus;
3. Strong leadership and people management skills in sizeable organization
4. Excellent planning, organizing and communication skill
5. Great sense of market and community development
6. A strategic thinker, creative, forward looking and customer centric person
7. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
8. General knowledge of PBOC/CBRC regulations are added advantages
