Head of Sales Management, Chinese Bank in Hong Kong recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement channel sales strategies across branch, and direct channels so as to achieve the business goals and directions
- Direct Sales Management team to compile various sales management reports, scorecard and analysis to optimize sales and branch efficiency, as well as to set cost effective sales models across different sales teams
- Design sales incentive schemes at different sales channels to align the business direction and focus
- Oversee the budget and PL for all streams under Sales Distributions Department
- Determine regular key performance indicators to review and monitor the efficiency of all sales channels and propose initiatives to drive on-going sales and operation improvement
- Establish branch distribution network and develop new branch models to build customer base and portfolio, also explore opportunities and partnership alliance.
- Worked with related departments to set up new branches, evaluate branch performance and manage lease renewal.
Requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in sales management and business planning in banking industry.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, with experience in leading a small team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and capable of working effectively in a cross-functional environment
