Role
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for a hands-on, dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of motivated and driven business development professionals in this newly created role.  As the Head of Sales, you will oversee the day to day sales operations of the team, while working closely with and assisting the National Manager in achieving the overall financial targets for New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications Requirements
To excel in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications and be passionate about leading a team of sales professionals and instilling real sales principles in your sales team.  Your proven ability to lead and drive a team of sales professionals that are geogrpahically dispersed across New Zealand is a must as is strong experience in direct selling into the SME market.  Financial services experience is highly regarded, but is not essential.
