Strategic Intent of the Role
The Head of Product Strategy and Distribution for online Broking is a key strategic leadership role in the Broking business. The role is responsible for successfully owning, developing and implementing the Product strategy, distribution strategy and delivering excellence in customer experience for this large organisation. This is an end to end business role.

Your Responsibilities
¨ Ownership of the Profit and Loss Online broking platform;
¨ Lead the design, development and implementation of a strategic plan for the product and it's distribution channels within and across the organisation
- Lead the product team to successfully develop product and sales strategies and roadmaps/programs of work for both new and ongoing maintenance of the product portfolio
¨ Utilise and apply deep market knowledge of various multi financial services distribution channels to identify opportunities within the online broking business model and optimise the online presence and performance
¨ Ensure a consistent and seamless end-to-end service delivery / customer experience is provided through efficient online services and processes

Your Experience
¨ Minimum of 7 years experience in product management or channel management within financial markets, preferably in equities or online trading, with particular emphasis on strategy, distribution, innovation, product development within a retail distribution business
¨ Preferably experience in online trading
¨ Proven track record and hands-on experience in the build, delivery and management of a financial products and services distribution channel
¨ Strong leadership experience demonstrated in past roles (personal presence to lead and inspire confidence of direct reports, internal and external stakeholders)
¨ Proven experience developing a strategic vision and aligning the business goals to a commercial and practical business plan
¨ Proven experience successfully managing and being accountable for the financial management of a comparable business unit
¨ Experience and maturity to make strong and commercial decisions
¨ Relevant tertiary qualifications.
