Head of Sales – Scandinavia; Sweden based office recruitment

As one of the leading boutique asset managers in Northern Europe, the company have built a strong track record with institutional investors and have seen their AUM steadily increase over the years. As a senior sales manager the candidate will be responsible for the distribution of the company’s funds to institutional clients across the Nordics. The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Identifying and targeting potential new investors from an institutional client base across the Nordics

• Developing and enhancing relationships with key clients to ensure continued investments in the business

• Working closely with colleagues across the company in co-ordinating the business development efforts for products to the Nordics

• Reporting directly to the Head of Sales to ensure timely updates on the company’s business strategy

• Regular travel throughout the Scandinavia region

This vacancy offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a recognised Nordics asset manager in a senior sales role. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in the marketing of a broad range of strategies to institutional clients across the Nordics, ideally with some experience of emerging markets and alternatives funds. The candidate will also likely have a pre-existing network of clients across the Scandinavia region.
