Head of Service Delivery recruitment
Operating primarily within the Life Pensions industry, the business has achieved huge operational and commercial success in recent years and with this appointment it is now positioning itself for future planned growth.
As Head of Service Delivery you will have responsibility for 400 staff delivering services to more than 2 million customers from multiple locations. Your immediate priority will be to build and develop a leadership team to ensure activity is in line with cost budget, compliance requirements and agreed service standards. As the business continues its growth you will identify and drive through operational efficiency measures together with the implementation of processes relating to acquired books of work.
Key accountabilities of this Executive level role will include:
• Delivery of shared services activities (including Technical Claims and Underwriting) within budget and to agreed Service levels.
• Design, delivery and monitoring of MI to drive performance and effective decision making.
• Management of operational relationships with Group to ensure governance standards are exceeded.
• Delivery of substantive improvements measured by cost saving and improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Effective strategic alliance with key stakeholders within the business and across 3rd party operational management.
• Drive synergies, process improvements and staff development across multiple locations.
The key operational centres are based in the Midlands South.
