Head of Service Delivery (VP) - Singapore
This is a new role to support the global infrastructure team across the investment, corporate and wealth divisions of this tier one investment bank. This is a highly visible role reporting into the Global Head and is the opportunity to run a strong service delivery team, manage senior stakeholder relationships and own a number of major projects run from Asia. This is very much a technology leadership role where you will play an active role in building out the Asia business.
The Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading a global team of up to five Service Delivery Managers and will provide support, diretion and mentoring to a wider team. You will be the Asia point of contact for the service delivery business and you will be responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of a number of business application projects, ensuring that all infrastructure components of application development projects and planned and executed well. This is a delivery focused role and you will be required to ensure the full programme life cycle including risk management.
Candidates must be currently operating at the VP level and have extensive experience leading service delivery teams. You must have proven experience owning projects and working with senior stakeholders, having excellent communication skills. You should have a strong broad understanding of both infrastructure and application, ideally being ITIL certified. Experience managing teams is a must and candidates must have investment banking experience.
