Head of Strategy & Analytics – Online recruitment
Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Strategy and Analytics which is a new role for the company. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the Senior Management team, the role will involve responsibility for:
- a team of 3-4 business analysts who are tasked with identifying the competitive and strategic drivers for the business and working with stakeholders to monitor the KPIs of the business
- identifying opportunities for value creation by analysing competitor information and customer trends
- assisting Senior Management with budgeting, planning, forecasting and variance reporting
- setting up a Business Intelligence platform

Candidates
Candidates should have:
- a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a strategy or performance improvement team, ideally within an e-commerce environment
- excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills
- a working knowledge of the e-commerce sector together with a keen understanding of the market drivers for the industry
- a first class degree in a statistical or mathematical degree (MBA preferred)
