Our Client is a leading Bank with a significant focus across Asia. As part of its on-going education strategy to deliver continuous improvement and service delivery excellence to its external and internal stakeholders and customers, it is now looking to appoint a Head of Talent Development for its Global Operations Technology Functions.

As a highly accomplished Talent Development Expert, you will spearhead the strategy/roadmap, design, process improvement and seamless implementation of sophisticated/complex learning development solutions for a significant population group across the organisation. Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will be supported by a team of direct and in-direct reports within a matrix structure. You are a strong, energetic leader, passionate about challenging convention and the status quo. With superior stakeholder engagement, consultation, influencing and negotiation skills, you will have the ability to drive several large scale and complex projects at any one time to a successful completion.
The successful candidate will demonstrate significant in-house experience, gained within a highly regarded/blue-chip MNC with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. We would like to hear from candidates with exposure to the Banking Operations or Hi-Tech sectors. The remuneration package for this senior appointment will be offered on local terms and the employer will relocate any overseas candidates. A Post graduate qualification is preferred.
