Head of Talent Management Job in Dublin Ireland
Large semi-state organisation is seeking a Head of Talent Management. This role will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies and programmes for career management and succession planning, leadership and talent development, training delivery, Talent acquisition and retention, competency management, and coaching and consulting.
The desired applicant will be a senior Talent management professional with experience in developing strategic roadmaps for the cultivation and growth of internal Talent and the future leadership. This function is responsible for evaluating, developing and implementing strategies and developmental action plans to drive succession planning and leadership development.
In this position you will play the lead role in developing internal Talent, ensuring that the organisation has the strong leaders it requires to achieve the organisation’s objectives over the coming years.
