Key Roles Responsibilities
1. STRATEGIC PEOPLE AGENDA
- Drives the Massively Multiplying our Leadership Capability agenda for the function.
- Proactively drives talent development as an integral part of the Strategic People Agenda for the function and ensures all development programs clearly align to the future capability needs of the function.
2. LEARNING PRODUCT
- Engages with the Risk Learning team to ensure that learning curricula offer an optimal mix of on-the-job and self driven versus formal training for talent programs.
3. TALENT DEVELOPMENT
- Ensures Talent propositions are tailored to support the business talent agenda.
- Supports Business HR on driving H3 development and provide specialist interventions as required.
- Executes appropriate development interventions for key talent pools.
- Participates actively in thought leadership regarding identification and management of talent for the function.
- Provides regular dashboards to support the Risk Manco and Risk Talent Council discussions on talent.
4. SUCCESSION PLANNING
- Provides specialist advice and interventions on successor development.
5. LEADERSHIP
- Manages nominations for high touch Leadership Development porgrammes
Qualifications Skills
- A graduate ideally with further professional qualification (e.g. accountancy, Personnel Management, benefits) with around 12 -15 years’ experience.
- Facilitation and thought leadership.
- Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
- Learning consulting and business engagement skills to identify and analyse requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills and influencing capability to ensure stakeholders at different levels understand recommended approaches, challenges and issues.
- A team player with sensitivity to team dynamics.
- Experience working and managing issues across a matrixed organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and re-prioritise according to dynamic business environment and changing business requirements.
- Understanding of and ability to operate with different cultures and nationalities.
- Organisation / Administration and project management skills.
- Advanced facilitation skills to deliver at Train-the-Trainer program level.
