The Role
As the head of trade bills department, you are to manage and control the Commodity Structure Team, Import Export team and In-Sourcing team. (team of 30 in all). Lead and motivate the teams to achieve quality work processes and high level of performance. Manage and ensure compliance with internal guidelines / policies and audit and regulatory requirements, established operational standards and procedures, control measures, and adherence to International standard practice. Responsible for staff training, look into the controlling and improvement of department operations and other areas when assigned by Management.
Your Profile
Well versed in all aspects of trade finance operations with at least 15 years hands'-on working experience. Professional qualification in CIB or CDCS. Sound knowledge in UCP600, ISBP, lSP98 and INCOTERMS. Currently heading a team in major international bank, active in commodity trade, bank-refinancing and trade syndication. Experience in In-Sourcing Services with good IT knowledge is preferable.
