Territory Sales and Marketing Specialist

USTCi is a leading Regional Sales Marketing company for Verizon FiOS. We are actively seeking proactive Territory Sales and Marketing Specialists who wants to join a dynamic growing company. To be successful in this position you must be a results-oriented team leader with direct sales and marketing experience.   This position is designed to manage key account relationships and marketing campaigns within designated communities. The Territory Sales and Marketing Specialist will act as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and optimize sales campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

°      Sell Verizon products and services by negotiating service order requests from customers for installations and changes to Verizon FiOS TV, Internet and Telephone service.

°      Build and maintain positive working relationships with key personnel in each community.

°      Implement weekly advertising and marketing plans to ensure maximum sales effectiveness.

°      Execute sales goals and strategies for goal attainment.

°      Review daily, weekly and monthly sales and take appropriate action to leverage sales growth.

°      Work with property managers and leasing agents in the MDU (Multiple Dwelling Unit) market to promote Verizon FiOS products and educate the property staff.  You will be that “go-to” resource that the property will rely on to handle all Verizon-related activities.   

°      Ensure that current marketing collateral and contact information is in-place at all assigned properties and available to existing and new residents.

°      Maintain an “expert-level” understanding of Verizon FiOS products, features, functions and pricing. 

°      Schedule and host property events in conjunction with property staff and Verizon Account Managers.

Research/Planning:

 

°      Proactively find new ways to build territory and grow accounts.

°      Master and maintain a vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.

Experience and Skills:

°      Day-to-day account management experience.

°      Computer skills including MS Excel and Internet Explorer; be comfortable using computer for extended periods.

°      Willingness and ability to learn quickly and retain information.

°      Be self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional in speech and appearance.

°      Possess sound time management and organizational skills.

°      Possess advanced interpersonal skills; must be able to effectively and easily communicate with diverse cultures.

°      Have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.

°      Have flexibility to work traditional and/or non-traditional hours (evenings and weekends).

°      Hours/Shifts               10am to 7pm M-F, some Saturdays

°      Be able to work outdoors when attending sales events.

°      Successfully pass a background check and 10-screen drug panel test.
