Head of Training recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership in the training function. Formulates overall training policy and establishes training and development requirements
- Initiates or responds to requests by management to implement training on various subjects to improve efficiency within departments.
- Provides overall direction for use and selection of external training vendors to provide training materials and instructions. Liaises with external training vendors on licensing agreement
- Helps develop short and long-term growth plans, including development of annual expense budgets and capital improvement recommendations.
- Coordinates efforts with the management, to assess corporate talent management needs.
- Proposes, design and presents company-wide management development sessions
- Ensures smooth deployment of training activity and programs
- Develops and manages the measurement system for all services delivered by training and development.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in corporate training, preferably from financial institutions
- Requires in-depth knowledge of all aspects of training including training needs assessment and program development.
