Head of Trust Services recruitment
Responsibilities:
- Define business objectives and formulate long-term strategies and business plans to grow the trust business
- Develop trust products and serices with reference to customers' needs in both individual and corporate sectors
- Formulate pricing strategies with reference to market situations and competitors' strategies to strengthen the Bank's competitiveness
- Oversee the administration and managemen of trust cases to ensure the delivery of premium services to customers
- Ensure the Bank's compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Manage and administer the funds and properties endowed to the trusts
Requirements:
- Lawyer or experienced professional qualified in the related discipline such as Accounting
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sizable accounting or law firms with exposure to trust business development, compliance, advisory or trust administration
- At least 8 years' experience in managerial role
- Extensive network in legal, taxation and trust fields
- Strong customer service orientation, with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
