Client is one of Asia leading Private Bank, offering clients financial advices in all aspects of Private Banking, Investment Banking, Islamic Banking and Asset Management. They are more than 50 offices across South East Asia and is seeking to expand their private banking operations.
Job Description
Client is seeking for a Senior Banker to Head their Private Banking team, reporting to the CEO.
The Successful Applicant
Responsible for managing a group of Private Banking Relationship Managers whose function will be to develop and maintain a portfolio of important revenue generating client relationships within the defined affluent market segment ensuring the overall department goals and business results are achieved.
The role requires significant relationship management, business development, presentation, coaching and leadership skills, with an ability to drive results while positioning the Private Banking Team as trusted, client-focused advisors.
Responsibilities
Accountability for overall team results. Ensure the successful integration, sale and delivery of deposits products, loans and fee based services.
Coach for and deliver a high level of personalized, attentive service that clients perceive as outstanding. Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain a private client base through analyzing needs and proactively implementing/monitoring solutions to meet needs. Generate revenue through referrals to other lines of business to include mortgage, trust, treasury services, insurance, planning and brokerage.
