Head of Workplace Distribution Propositions

Change Recruitment Group's well respected and innovative Client is recruiting on a permanent basis for a Head of Workplace Distribution Propositions.

Managing a highly experienced and technically competent Team, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in the definition and delivery of the company's Workplace proposition ensuring that all outcomes are both in the best interests of the end customer and are commercially viable. The jobholder will also ensure that associated distribution is cost effective and aligned to customer requirements.

The jobholder will have significant budgetary responsibility from which a good ROI will be expected in the form of new business flows and retention of existing profitable business. They will also represent the company externally at industry events delivering key messages and gathering market insight in order that they can development the proposition going forward and meet upcoming industry challenges successfully.

Applicants must be commercially aware individuals accustomed to defining strategies and keeping abreast of industry developments. Applicants must also be confident individuals who are comfortable being the 'face of the company' and must be able to deal robustly and professionally with challenges from customers and internal stakeholders. Financial services experience is essential, preferably of the corporate marketplace (e.g. corporate pension/intermediary/EBC).
