Your Role

Carrington Fox works niche markets and you will be trained to specialise from the start of your career with us into a market where we can see consistent and expanding market share, whilst understanding our clients’ specific needs in order to consistently surpass their expectations.

Exposure to or demonstrable interest in financial markets combined with hands on experience in sales or recruiting is vital.

Anyone joining the business will undergo tailored training focusing on the core strengths of headhunting and progressing your skill set far quicker than your competitors. You will also benefit from working alongside some of the most successful consultants in the current market and will be offered accelerated career progression if you have what it takes to succeed. There will also be new business and travel opportunities along with a highly competitive, uncapped, threshold-free commission structure.

Experience within banking recruitment is an advantage, but not a pre-requisite as we are looking to offer current and future clients a broader, more comprehensive service.
