Health, Safety & Well-being Specialist – Global Bank recruitment
Our client is a globally recognised bank with regional headquarters positioned in Singapore. With ambitious plans to expand throughout Asia, it is now seeking to appoint a Health Safety and Wellbeing Specialist to support the Corporate HR and People Strategy.
In this regional role, you will report through to the corporate head-office based off-shore. It is essential that you are self-sufficient and will be supporting the HR Business Partners across the region, identifying safety health risks and implementing the group Health, Safety Wellness strategies within the region. This includes developing, implementing and monitoring the performance of the regional strategies and action plans, and ensuring that the region is supported by expert Health Safety advice and supporting infrastructure.
Ideally you should have 5 - 8 years of experience of development and implementation of Health, Safety Wellness strategies, policies, action plans and governance. This role requires technical knowledge and experience of Health Safety legislation and culture, as well as health wellness arrangements across the region. You should be a strong communicator, able to interact and influence at the Senior management level.
