HCA required for flexible mental health work in West and South Essex (Control and Restraint Training Mandatory)
Days £10, Nights and Saturday £12, Sunday and Bank Holiday £14
Fantastic opportunity for experienced Healthcare Assistant with excellent clinical and communication skills to work within an NHS Community in the Essex area. Hays are the recruiting experts in Healthcare and offer part time or full time flexible hours for the right candidates in one of the first mental health learning disability NHS Foundation Trusts in the country.
The successful candidates will currently be living in the UK, have evidence of an updated control and restraint training, have effective communication skills, excellent attendance record, ability to work under pressure and evidence of professional development. NHS experience is not required but you will need to have experience in a similar Mental Health setting. In addition to the above you will need to have proof of updated immunity against Hep B, Measles, Rubella, TB and Varicella as well as a current Mandatory Training and be able to provide 3 years employment references.
Hays offer a £250 vouchers for each Nurse or £100 vouchers for each HCA you refer that works for Hays, a £50 voucher after your first three shifts, competitive rates and great aftercare.
