Hedge Fund Business Assistant recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Keeping up to date with any new /changing FSA requirements which may be relevant.

• Production of weekly performance sheet which is sent to all clients.

• Updating fund track records and keeping on file as well as up to date on our website

• Also keeping on file and up to date on the website

• Preparing a commission report analysis on a quarterly basis to ensure we are getting paid the correct amount.

• Invoicing the holding company on a quarterly basis for our services.

• Making sure our system correctly reflects all subscriptions and redemptions in all of the funds.

• Producing checks for new employees and ensuring relevant documentation is completed and filed with the FSA.

• Preparing schedules, investor profiles, booking hotels, booking flights, confirming meetings and addresses, sending presentations to clients prior to meetings etc

• Collecting all the necessary paperwork for all transactions and filing them correctly.

• Generating Anti-Money Laundering checks on Clients.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong Administration Experience

• A good understanding of Hedge Funds and Fund Management

• Proactive

• Able to work on their own initiative

• Proficient in Microsoft Office + Outlook

• Very organised and Very efficient

• A Confident Strong person

• Motivated and take Pride in their Work
