Hedge Fund Investor Relations / Business Development
The fund is looking to build assets within their current fund line up and is also launching a new fund to the market. This has created the position within the firms investor relations team. The sales / IR and marketing functions here are merged into one team so there is a high level of exposure to many key elements within the fund.
Whilst not a pure sales role you will have a high level of contact with senior clients across Europe and as such will need to come across with a level of seniority and expertise when talking to these clients. They have a very strong track record with consistent returns and low volatility.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years experience within another single-manager hedge fund, asset manager or other buy-side firm in a similar client-facing role. Asset raising and sales experience would be beneficial and the funds they operate are quite technical so it is expected you will have a solid mathematical understanding. Strong educational credentials are a must.
