Hedge Fund Night Trader 200-300K+ recruitment

Job Description

We have a rare opportunity with significantly above-market compensation for an addition to our small trading team.  As we expand in both global reach and asset classes, we’re looking for someone who can handle the buy-side responsibility of trading for a successful firm that still wants to achieve more.  The Night Trader will be responsible for trading our proprietary quantitative strategies as we begin to execute abroad; experience in foreign markets is a plus, but the right candidate must trade European hours during their tenure in addition to being a skillful trader.

You may need to establish and maintain external relationships, you must be able to handle decisions involving people and technology with millions of dollars on the line, and you would be responsible for finding the liquidity to execute orders for a profitable book in this role.  Our company has very low turnover, so we’re looking for someone with real trading talent that can be an accountable team player as we continue to evolve.  You can improve your trading skills here while making a guaranteed base and bonus with strong upside potential.

Can you figure out how to best execute a trade?  Can you handle getting a lot of data input without being flustered?  If so, apply to join our stable team trading a strong strategy.  Because of the volume of responses, we will only contact exceptionally qualified applicants.  Ideal candidates will have prior trading experience in this shift, though we will also consider candidates with other relevant experience looking to move into trading for a hedge fund.
