My client is seeking a high calibre individual to lead the expansion of their coverage of the Asian market by building out their fund distribution channels and launching marketing campaigns across the region. A demonstrable track record of raising assets is crucial along with comprehensive experience (at least 5 years) of selling hedge fund products to institutional investors.
As this is a new role, it requires someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive new business development and influence and deliver the marketing strategy for the region whilst building a strong brand image within the global market.
An educational background in finance is essential with a preference for additional professional qualifications such as CFA and the ability to work independently is key. This role is to be based in Hong Kong and a relocation package will be available for the right candidate.
