My client is one of the Worlds leading Financial Services firms, operating in three distinct specialisms; Institutional Securities, Global Wealth Management, and Asset Management. They currently seek an ambitious senior manager within the Derivative Operations team, which sits within the greater Global Operations business
With a long standing commitment to Glasgow which is second-to-none, they have created an operational hub which is now their second largest European office, after only London. There is clear direction and commitment from senior management that Glasgow will continue to grow, and they will continue to invest in the community in which they operate.
Operating at Vice President level, you will be reporting into a Executive Director, and your responsibilities will include:
- Constantly evolving and contributing to the location strategy along with the Glasgow executive management team
- Leadership people management
- Driving productivity enhancement initiatives projects from a macro level and continue to consolidate the groups growth
- Maintaining developing relations with global stakeholders business leaders.
You will have significant experience within a large investment bank in the operations space. You must possess excellent knowledge of settlement operations with understanding of Derivatives. In addition to that, ability to lead, motivate and influence large teams is required.
