Hedge Fund Services Transaction Processing Specialist, BostonPosition Summary:As a Transaction Specialist for JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services you will assist Account Managers with servicing a portfolio of clients and their investors and will serve as a backup client contact.
You will report to an Account Manager and work alongside a team of Account ManagersPosition Responsibilities:Delivery of Superior Quality Service to client base:•
Complete assigned tasks accurately and within appropriate timeframes.•
Identify and action priority items within appropriate timeframes.•
Ability to organize daily tasks effectively and efficiently.•
Work to, and within the realm, of JPM's established work practices and procedures.•
Maintain a thoroughly professional manner at all times•
Build relationships with the Investment Managers, Investors, Prime brokers and other 3rd parties.
Recognize and Assume Responsibility for daily tasks•
Responsibility for assigned and ad-hoc tasks, prioritize and complete effectively and efficiently.•
Complete client and investor initiated transaction request and manage workloads with minimal support and direction•
Project Management - responsibility for and active involvement in projects within your team and the Hedge Fund Services platform.
Improved Service Offering•
Display comprehensive knowledge of: the established practices, processes and procedures within the Shareholder Services Group; all Shareholder Services systems; all client and client products serviced by your team; Hedge Funds.•
Escalate and communicate issues, as necessary•
Proactively contribute at team meetings•
Display initiative and enterprise by identifying issues and deficiencies within the work practices of The Shareholder Services platform - formulate proposals to streamline and implement as required.

Assist other members with the completion of assigned tasks and additional responsibilities, as required.•
