Help Desk Analyst – Investment Banking – Hong Kong recruitment

With a network covering the globe, this market-leader within investment banking is now seeking to build a help desk / service desk team to support the overall business with a particular focus on the investment banking / financial markets space.

To be successful in this position, you will have demonstrated experience as a Help Desk Analyst (1-3 years’ experience) or have recently graduated from a Computer Science degree (training will be provided). You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels, while still being technical in supporting various applications.
