Help Desk Operator – Outside London

My client, a facilities management company are looking for temporary Customer Service advisor's to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer focused position and be comfortable speaking to people over the phone. They will enjoy delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and be able to work to KPI's. As well as this they will be competent on a PC and using all micro soft applications.

This is a shift based role with the requirement to work nights - the shift pattern is 4 days in, 4 days off, 4 nights in, 4 days off and this is rotated.

The right person will be confidant and be receptive to feedback.
