Help Desk Team Manager

A rare opportunity to join an extremely successful and growing company based in Bath on a full time permanent basis as a Help Desk Team Manager.

The key purpose of the role is to be accountable for the day to day management of the Help Desk Team, provide them with leadership, direction and training as well as developing their skills, knowledge and confidence in the product. You will develop KPI's an ensure the team achieve them, collect, collate and analyse statistics from the Help Desk and provide reports on where improvements can be made. You will deal with any customer queries, deal with participant surveys and ensure that the team of 10 are fully staffed and budget is achieved.

The successful candidate will have an excellent customer service record, have experience with management and training as well as proven organisational skills with the ability to manage their own time. You will be able to communicate to all levels both verbally and in writing and be a tenacious and dynamic member of the team constantly striving for new experiences. Furthermore you must be able to confidently use Ms Office especially Word Excel and candidates able to use Apple Mac operating systems will be of real interest.
