Helpdesk Administrator [Ref: P-624 Helpdesk Administrator-KM] recruitment

Main Responsibilities:

Log all local regional support calls emails into the call logging system (iTrack)
Assign all support calls base on SharePoint to Hong Kong User Support engineer and/or different ITEC teams (local regional)
Follow up the status of all outstanding support cases which owned by or assigned to the HK User Support team and communicate to our users via telephone, and e-mail to update the status of their requests/incidents. Check unassigned cases
Maintain/manage spare and loan equipment inventory
Work with the Procurement team to manage the hardware/software purchase/delivery for the users
Provide 1st Level Support such as Account Administration, E-mail, Office applications
Update Excel Map
Shared Mailbox or Mailgroup creation/modifications
Handle Joiner/Leaver Process, including Transfer Out user
Asset Stock Inventory and Account Administration

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above of Computer Science/Information Systems or related disciplines
Customer-service oriented
Good knowledge of Windows XP, Lotus Notes, Outlook, and Office applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to technical and non-technical staff in verbal/written form in English
Good communication skills and telephone manner
Good verbal troubleshooting skills
Tidy and organize to perform
At least 3-year with hands-on experience to end-users in helpdesk, desktop, network and messaging system support
Fluent English
Investment banking experience will be advantageous but not mandatory
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
