We urgently require a Concept Helpdesk Operator for leading building services company. You will be responsible for logging call on to the concept helpdesk system, assigning engineers jobs, liaising with clients, ensuring the jobs have been completed with in the given time frame, closing jobs down, and general office administration. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the building services sector. Suitable candidate will have Concept helpdesk experience and have worked either in the Facilities or Building Services sector before.
