Working as part of a large Helpdesk support team, you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support to clients from varying technical backgrounds on a ‘fix on first call’ rotation.

Supporting a growing organisation using predominately XP and Windows 7 operating environments, you will have demonstrated experience in this area as well as some experience with Active Directory administration including setting group policy’s.

It is imperative that you have exceptional communication and presentation skills as you will be working across several sites and will be representing your team to major clients and stakeholders.
