Office Manager / Administrator London recruitment
This is an opportunity to work for one of the world’s fastest growing and most successful global commodity focused trading houses. A need has now arisen in the London office to acquire an experienced office / administrative manager. This role will require the successful candidate to interact openly with the commodities trading floor assisting with the needs of senior staff and liaising with other global offices to assist in the wider administrative work of the group.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt and learn on the job within an extremely fast past, ever changing and dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use to working in a dynamic fast moving environment (trading floor ideal)
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries, requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Maintain all hard and soft copy administration files inc managing and overseeing the London office expenses
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments inc booking meeting rooms, lunch appointments and arranging travel and accommodation for senior management
- Some reception work - highly presentable, Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Committed to assisting the London group and requirements of senior management
- Some HR duties via co-ordination with the Geneva head office
- Dealing with suppliers - Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment as well as managing building managers, mail and courriers
- Payroll experience would be highly desirable but not essential
- Office administration experience is essential (5 years plus)
- Previous experience in commodity related companies would be highly desirable but not essential
