Helpdesk Support recruitment

For my client I am looking for a Junior Helpdesk Supporter

You are a dedicated and service oriented person who enjoys the direct contact with users and working in a team in an international and dynamic working environment. You have a good knowledge of personal computing and are willing to learn more. You are professional, reliable and willing to produce a high quality operation in cooperation with other international IT teams following established processes.

Your responsibilities

• Support to end users
• Close cooperation with all other IT services and external service providers
• Process Service Requests and Incidents; document them in ticket system
• Hardware handling, maintenance and support
• adhering to Global Standards

Your profile

• Apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent
• Ideally 1st level support or in a service desk position
• Good knowledge of personal computing on the Windows client platform
• Professional, reliable, structured, autonomous
• Produce a high quality operation
• Fluent English and minimum B2/C1 in German
