Helpdesk Support recruitment
For my client I am looking for a Junior Helpdesk Supporter
You are a dedicated and service oriented person who enjoys the direct contact with users and working in a team in an international and dynamic working environment. You have a good knowledge of personal computing and are willing to learn more. You are professional, reliable and willing to produce a high quality operation in cooperation with other international IT teams following established processes.
Your responsibilities
Support to end users
Close cooperation with all other IT services and external service providers
Process Service Requests and Incidents; document them in ticket system
Hardware handling, maintenance and support
adhering to Global Standards
Your profile
Apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent
Ideally 1st level support or in a service desk position
Good knowledge of personal computing on the Windows client platform
Professional, reliable, structured, autonomous
Produce a high quality operation
Fluent English and minimum B2/C1 in German
