Corporate Governance Controller recruitment
As a Controller in the Corporate Governance section of Nissan's UK Financial Shared Service Centre inSunderland, and supporting the Senior Controller - Finance, you'll liaise with people across all areas and levels of our business.
You'll assist in the drafting of agendas and minutes of Board meetings and file statutory returns for Nissan'sUKcompanies. You'll also be responsible for grant matters, from providing information to UK Government departments, to assisting with applications, instalment claims and external due diligence reviews. You'll provide support and advice for the company's internal decision process, prepare annual insurance information and deal with ad hoc financial queries and business rates administration.
An ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified financial accountant, you'll be working in a very busy finance department and be able to respond to issues as and when they arise. Willing to work flexibly in order to meet project deadlines, you'll be a great problem solver, analytical and with an attentive eye for detail. With knowledge of MS Office applications, you'll also be a strong team player, able to communicate complex information simply and enjoy working in an environment where there are fresh challenges every day.
