Helpdesk/Desktop Support

My client provides IT communication services to customers across the UK and Europe. Based in Preston they’re committed to providing products and services to the very highest quality.

I’m currently looking for a Helpdesk Desktop Support to join my client’s fast-growing team. In this new role, you’ll focus on 2nd level desktop type issues, dealing with a range of technical tasks including complete hardware and software upgrades and installations. At the same time, you’ll be required to provide support on customer requests within the agreed time frame. This role offers the chance to work with an industry leader.

With a background in desktop support you’ll have existing experience of helpdesk support with Windows 7 and Office365. You’ll have specific experience of supporting on a wide range of technical queries including desktop and software upgrade related issues.
