One of the UK's largest and fasted expanding judicial services groups are recruiting for an experienced collections manager to join their company. The primary role will be to manage the utilisation and efficiency of their external recovery officers. This company are employed on behalf of companies and tax payers in order to recover child support arrears, congestion charges, council tax and outstanding criminal fees.

As well as co-ordinating and carrying out the training of High Court and Group enforcement officers, you will also be supervising visits, where appropriate, to debtors at their addresses to obtain payment, execute warrants, make enquiries to trace the whereabouts, or seize goods to the value of the warrant for sale at auction. Furthermore you will be required to provide and maintain detailed incident reports.

Due to the nature of the job previous experience in a balilff/high court enforcement environment is essential.
